Our platform includes a digital publication, CPD (Continuing Professional Development) access, HEMS (Health Education Management System), a Careers portal for healthcare employers and professionals, newsletters, podcasts, and associated products and services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or any MEDIMAGZA service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, registered users, employers, and advertisers.
3. User Accounts

4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain services, including CPD access and HEMS, are available on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on the applicable cycle (monthly or annual). All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. MEDIMAGZA reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Careers Portal Terms
For Employers: By posting a job listing on the MEDIMAGZA Careers portal, you confirm that the vacancy is genuine, accurate, and complies with all applicable South African labour and employment laws. MEDIMAGZA does not guarantee any minimum number of applications or that a listed role will be filled. MEDIMAGZA reserves the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
For Candidates: The Careers portal is provided as a service to connect job seekers with healthcare employers. MEDIMAGZA does not act as a recruiter or employment agency and makes no representations regarding the suitability or availability of any listed role. All employment matters are solely between the candidate and the employer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on medimagza.com — including articles, editorial content, graphics, logos, layouts, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of MEDIMAGZA or its licensed contributors and is protected under South African and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from MEDIMAGZA. You may share links to our content for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.
7. Advertiser and Sponsor Terms
Sponsored content and advertising placements on MEDIMAGZA are clearly labelled as such. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their own content and claims. MEDIMAGZA does not endorse any advertiser’s products or services unless explicitly stated. MEDIMAGZA reserves the right to decline or remove any advertising that conflicts with our editorial standards, values, or applicable regulations.

9. Prohibited Conduct
