Tip 8 Proper lighting

is crucial for eye health because it reduces strain, prevents headaches, improves focus, and supports your body’s natural sleep cycles, while poor lighting (too dim, too bright, or harsh glare) makes your eyes work harder, leading to fatigue, blurred vision, and potential long-term issues like digital eye strain and disrupted circadian rhythms. Adequate, balanced lighting, especially natural light, minimizes eye fatigue, enhances productivity, and protects against risks associated with excessive blue light from screens.
